⚡ 30-Second Revision

Define success; separate symptom, cause and remedy; respect constraints; compare feasible alternatives; evaluate outcomes and attribution. Queue growth = arrivals minus completions under the stated steady-rate assumptions.

2-Minute Revision

At 24 arrivals and 18 completions per hour, a three-hour period adds eighteen waiting applicants. This supports a diagnosis of a capacity gap, not a unique remedy. Measure repeat-check frequency and duration to test that mechanism. A month-long plan misses a two-day requirement. Lower waits after a pilot need interpretation alongside demand, errors and long-wait distribution.

5-Minute Revision

Rework the service-centre calculation and list two different mechanisms that could produce the queue. Choose one measurement that distinguishes them. Compare a roster change and a help desk under a two-day deadline, then design an evaluation covering waiting time and correctness. State one confounder that could mislead the evaluation.

Objective → evidence → constraints → alternatives → check results.
