Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments work for paid products and subscriptions offered by Vyyuha ("we," "us," or "our") through the Vyyuha platform ("Platform"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Free tier

Vyyuha offers free access to substantial educational content and features. No payment is required for the free tier; therefore, this Refund Policy does not apply to purely free usage.

2. Paid subscriptions and digital products

When you purchase a subscription or other paid digital offering, you receive immediate access to digital content and software features. Because these are digital services, statutory cooling-off rights may be limited once delivery has begun, as permitted under applicable law (including consumer protection rules in India where applicable).

3. Standard refund window

Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription you purchased directly from Vyyuha through our official checkout, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the initial purchase date of that subscription, provided that:

  1. The request is submitted by the account holder or billing contact.
  2. You have not previously received a refund for the same product or plan tier within the past twelve (12) months (abuse prevention).
  3. The purchase was not made through a third-party app store or reseller subject to that party's refund rules (see Section 6).

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Renewals and mid-cycle cancellations

4.1 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel renewal from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period unless you qualify under Section 3 or Section 5.

4.2 After the refund window

If you cancel after the seven-day window, you generally retain access until the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law or at our sole discretion in exceptional cases (for example duplicate charges or verified billing errors).

5. Billing errors and exceptional circumstances

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same period, contact us with proof; we will correct the error and refund the duplicate amount.
  • Technical failure: If a verified platform outage or defect prevented you from accessing a paid feature for a prolonged period despite reasonable troubleshooting, we may offer account credit or a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. We prefer to resolve billing issues directly.

6. Third-party purchases

If you subscribed or paid through a mobile app store, payment aggregator, school, coaching partner, or other third party, refunds and cancellations are governed by that third party's policies. We may not be able to process refunds for those transactions ourselves.

7. Promotional and discounted plans

Promotional pricing, bundles, or limited-time offers may carry specific refund terms disclosed at checkout. Where special terms conflict with this policy, the checkout disclosure prevails for that offer.

8. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email contact@vyyuha.com from the email associated with your account, or use our contact form, with:

  • Subject line: "Refund request" or "Cancellation request"
  • Registered email and account identifier (if any)
  • Date of purchase and amount (or attach receipt/invoice)
  • Brief reason (helps us improve)

We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable time, usually within three (3) business days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in law, payment partners, or our products. The "Last updated" date will change. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
