These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services offered by Vyyuha ("Vyyuha," "we," "us," or "our"), including content, tools, and subscription features (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Users who are minors should use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
2. Accounts and security
- You may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@vyyuha.com of any unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risk, or misuse the Services.
3. The Services
3.1 Nature of the Services
Vyyuha provides educational and exam-preparation materials, tools, and related features (including free and paid tiers). Content is provided for learning purposes. We strive for accuracy and quality, but educational content may contain errors or become outdated; we may update or remove content at any time.
3.2 No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular score, rank, selection, or outcome in any examination. Success depends on many factors outside our control, including your effort, exam patterns, and official conduct of examining bodies. The Services are a study aid, not a substitute for official syllabi, notifications, or institutional guidance.
3.3 Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Services (in whole or part) with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. Subscriptions, fees, and payment
- Certain features may require payment. Prices, billing cycles, and plan details are displayed at checkout or on our pricing page and may change; material changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated as required by law.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms and to provide valid payment information.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation process we provide.
- Taxes, if applicable, may be added to fees based on your location and law.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. License to use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial learning, except where we offer explicit institutional or API licensing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content or data except as allowed by normal browsing or features we expressly provide.

- Misrepresent affiliation with Vyyuha or use the Services in a way that could damage our reputation or overload our infrastructure.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Services without our prior written permission, except for public search engine indexing as permitted by our robots policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, branding, and compilation of content, are owned by Vyyuha or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 5, no rights are granted to you.
You retain rights in content you submit (for example feedback or forum posts, if applicable) but grant Vyyuha a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Services may integrate or link to third parties (authentication providers, payment processors, ad networks, embedded videos). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies; we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VYYUHA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VYYUHA FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) IF NO FEES APPLY, ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (₹1,000). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyyuha and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
13. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
