Build an institution-function table for State Security Commissions, Establishment Boards and Complaints Authorities. Their names are related but their roles differ. A statement assigning serious-misconduct scrutiny to a personnel board can sound plausible while confusing the intended safeguard. Keep tenure protection distinct from immunity against lawful action.

For legal questions, identify whether the stem concerns offences, procedure or evidence. BNS, BNSS and BSA occupy those different domains. Retain the July 2024 transition and check any stated exception or pending-proceeding context. Do not assume that an old section number can be carried into the new framework unchanged.

For digital evidence, distinguish a recording's existence from authenticity and an inference of guilt. A chain of custody documents handling; it does not independently prove the truth of every statement in a file. CCTNS and ICJS concern information systems and integration, not a replacement for judicial evaluation. Date historical reform directions separately from claims about present implementation in a State.
