Updated 19 Oct 2026

⚡ 30-Second Revision

  • Attitude: affective, behavioural, cognitive components.
  • Influence is broader than deliberate persuasion.
  • Check source, message, recipient and opportunity.
  • Silence ≠ demonstrated informed agreement.
  • Reach ≠ behaviour; sequence ≠ exclusive causation.

2-Minute Revision

Ethical persuasion keeps material information available and permits meaningful questions. Measure the intended practice over time and distinguish campaign effects from simultaneous service changes.

5-Minute Revision
