Match each mechanism to its question and remedy. Audit examines matters within its mandate and can identify unsupported expenditure; an observation is neither a criminal conviction nor a reason to ignore the issue.

Information access can reveal the record behind a decision, while changing an incorrect benefit decision may require a separate service-review process. Article 148 concerns the CAG, Article 149 its duties and powers, and Article 151 audit reports.

Under RTI section 19, the ordinary first appeal is to an officer senior to the PIO in the public authority; the commission stage is distinct. Coordinate evidence across routes without assuming that one institution has the powers of another.
