⚡ 30-Second Revision

  • UDHR: 10 December 1948; dignity and rights.
  • Impartiality: need and urgency.
  • Neutrality: no alignment in hostilities/political controversies.
  • Identify the institution's role.
  • Ethical reason ≠ established legal power.

2-Minute Revision

International cases can contain competing legitimate duties. Define the role and facts, then compare effects and feasible alternatives. Unequal relief can be impartial when needs differ. Governments' domestic responsibilities and wider human concerns require reasoned balancing. Preserve accountability while testing local adaptations, and state legal conclusions only when the relevant rules are established.

5-Minute Revision

Take the hypothetical shortage case and write three options: retain supplies, share a proportion after a justified domestic minimum, or export the stock. Compare immediate harm, domestic duties, external need and replenishment. Recommend one under stated assumptions and name the evidence that would require revising it.
