Prelims Strategy

Match each administrative fact to its stage. A child identified, an employer fined, a fine credited and a payment made are not the same event. Read section 14B's contribution condition carefully: the government amount is connected to the statutory fund arrangement and credited fine, not simply the occurrence of a rescue.

For institutional questions, distinguish section 17 inspectors from the district implementation and monitoring provisions in sections 17A and 17B. A coordinator's role does not mean every other institution loses its responsibilities. The precise assignment of powers remains relevant to implementation.

In monitoring scenarios, separate detection from incidence and inputs from outcomes. More inspections can uncover previously hidden violations; a fall in detected cases does not alone prove that unlawful work declined. School admission after rescue is a useful step but not complete evidence of attendance or learning. Choose the answer that follows the actual causal and administrative chain rather than treating a convenient count as a final outcome.
