2-Minute Revision

Choose a worker and map the actual relationship, earnings pattern, location and risk. Then identify the applicable scheme and the path to receiving protection. Do not infer benefits from a registration card. A reliable system also needs updates, assisted access, clear decisions and correction when eligible people are excluded.

5-Minute Revision

A hypothetical worker is registered in one State and takes casual work in another. Identify what must travel with the worker: an accurate identity and work record, information about applicable benefits and an accessible claims route. Then identify what cannot be solved by data portability alone: an unavailable service, unmet eligibility conditions or an unresolved claim. Propose a measure of successful benefit continuity after migration.
