Build a comparison between the ISIL/Al-Qaida sanctions regime, the Taliban-related 1988 regime and India's UAPA schedules. Include the institution, the subject of designation and the relevant restrictive mechanism. This makes a swapped committee or schedule easier to detect.

When a statement refers to a resolution number, attach its year and function. Resolution 2253 belongs to 2015 and explicitly includes ISIL in the relevant regime. The 2011 split should not be mistaken for the creation of a single universal list covering every violent organisation.

Separate entity categories. An organisation can be listed independently of a named individual, and a domestic designation has a different legal source from a UN listing. Neither event should be described as a criminal conviction without the additional judicial process.

In matching questions, use official names and dated records rather than abbreviations alone. If a question supplies an asset freeze, travel restriction or arms restriction, identify the measure from its function; do not infer an operational mandate that the committee does not perform.
