Focus on factual memorization of key committees (Dinesh Goswami 1990, Indrajit Gupta 1998), landmark judgments with exact years (PUCL 2013, Lily Thomas 2013, ADR 2002), and specific constitutional articles (324-329).

Memorize EVM introduction timeline (1998 first use, 2004 widespread adoption), VVPAT implementation phases, and NOTA introduction year (2013). Create a timeline of major electoral reforms from 1950 to present.

Practice elimination techniques by understanding common traps - UPSC often confuses committee recommendations vs. actual implementations, and tests specific provisions vs. general principles. Pay special attention to recent developments like electoral bonds judgment (February 2024) and simultaneous elections debate.

Use acronyms for remembering reform categories: CTLV (Campaign finance, Technology, Legal reforms, Voter education). Focus on numerical data - voting age reduction (21 to 18 in 1988), constituency delimitation freeze (till 2026), and expenditure limits for different categories of constituencies.
