42nd Amendment	1976	Added Article 323A enabling Parliament to establish Administrative Tribunals for service matters and Article 323B for other tribunals. This amendment provided constitutional basis for creating specialized statutory tribunals.	Enabled creation of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and various other tribunals, reducing burden on regular courts and providing specialized adjudication for administrative matters
73rd Amendment	1992	Added Part IX to Constitution dealing with Panchayati Raj institutions. While creating constitutional framework for local governance, it also enabled creation of various statutory bodies at local level.	Led to establishment of State Election Commissions (statutory bodies) for conducting panchayat elections and various local-level statutory institutions for rural development
74th Amendment	1992	Added Part IXA for urban local bodies (municipalities). Similar to 73rd Amendment, it created framework for urban local governance and related statutory institutions.	Facilitated creation of statutory bodies for urban planning, development authorities, and municipal service delivery mechanisms across Indian cities
