Focus on memorizing establishment years, governing acts, and key powers of major regulatory bodies (SEBI, RBI, TRAI, CCI, CERC, PFRDA, IRDAI). Create a comparison chart showing each body's mandate, appointment process, and recent initiatives.

Pay special attention to constitutional articles (14, 19, 300A) providing regulatory foundation and landmark cases establishing regulatory principles. Track current affairs related to regulatory conflicts, new regulations, and technological challenges.

Practice elimination techniques by understanding common traps: confusing establishment dates, mixing up governing acts, and misunderstanding the scope of independence. Remember that regulatory independence is functional, not absolute, and all regulatory decisions are subject to judicial review.
