Remember specific provisions of 13th Amendment, particularly subjects devolved to Provincial Councils. Practice elimination techniques by understanding common traps: confusing LTTE formation date with conflict start, mixing up language policy details, incorrectly attributing IPKF success/failure reasons.

Pay attention to current affairs connections, especially UN resolutions, China's role, and recent bilateral developments. Use mnemonics for complex information: 'SILBA' for Sinhala Only Act impacts (Sinhala official, Indian Tamils affected, Language barrier, Bureaucracy exclusion, Anger generated).
