For Prelims, focus on memorizing specific facts and figures: G4 composition (India, Brazil, Germany, Japan), Coffee Club key members (Pakistan, Italy, Argentina), Charter amendment requirements (Article 108 - two-thirds GA + two-thirds ratification including all P5), current UNSC composition (5 permanent, 10 non-permanent), and key reform proposals with exact details.

Create comparison charts for different reform approaches, memorize India's key arguments (largest democracy, most populous, fifth-largest economy, largest peacekeeping contributor), and track recent developments like US support statements.

Pay attention to elimination techniques: eliminate options that confuse G4 with Coffee Club positions, mix up African Union's independent stance with G4 proposal, or misstate Charter amendment procedures.

Focus on tricky areas like veto power positions (G4's evolved stance, African Union's firm demand), regional representation mathematics, and procedural requirements. Use mnemonics for member groupings and key statistics.
