2-Minute Revision

Diagnose a protection gap by stage. Is the worker outside legal coverage, missing from records, ineligible under a particular scheme, unable to claim, or waiting for delivery? Keep rights at work distinct from protection against contingencies. Read dated clarifications as dated evidence. A credible reform proposal names the institution responsible for closing the identified gap.

5-Minute Revision

A hypothetical establishment registers its workers in a database, but an injured worker receives no benefit. List the facts needed before concluding either compliance or violation: employment relationship, applicable scheme, eligibility, contributions where relevant, claim submission, decision and payment. Explain why registration totals alone cannot answer the case. Design a monitoring measure for the time between a valid claim and delivery.
