⚡ 30-Second Revision

  • Brahmo Samaj 1828
  • Prarthana Samaj 1867
  • Arya Samaj 1875
  • Ramakrishna Mission 1897.
  • Compare authority, programme, institutions and reach.

2-Minute Revision

Reform was not one doctrine. Participants used different interpretations of religion and society, then translated them into associations, education, print or service. Assess a movement through what it challenged, how it acted and who participated. Political overlap does not make all reform nationalist in purpose.

5-Minute Revision

Choose two movements and draw four columns: authority, social concern, institution and limitation. Fill them without swapping programmes. Write a conclusion explaining one common feature and one difference. Check that neither claim depends solely on the movements sharing a century.
