For Prelims preparation on BBBP, focus on memorizing key factual elements: launch year (2015), launch location (Panipat, Haryana), three implementing ministries (WCD, Health, Education), three pillars (survival, protection, education), number of Multi Critical Districts (161), and total district coverage (640).

Remember the constitutional basis - Articles 15(3), 21A, 39(e)(f) - and legal framework including PCPNDT Act 1994. Pay special attention to the tri-ministerial structure and which ministry handles which component.
