86	2002	Inserted Article 21A, revised Article 45 and added Article 51A(k), addressing education for ages six to fourteen, early childhood care and education below six, and the corresponding parental or guardian duty.	Placed connected educational responsibilities in three different constitutional categories: Fundamental Right, Directive Principle and Fundamental Duty. The RTE Act, 2009 supplies a later statutory framework; the amendment is not identical to that Act.
