Follow the chain from eligible population to supplies, sessions, records and completed coverage. eVIN supports logistics; U-WIN supports vaccination-event tracking. Look for missed groups as well as the national average. Report adverse events for assessment without assuming either causation or irrelevance. A programme milestone should retain its date, cohort and measurement unit.

5-Minute Revision

In a hypothetical cohort of 2,000, first-dose recipients number 1,600 and later-dose recipients 1,440. Calculate coverage:80% and 72%. Calculate dropout:160/1,600=10%, not 8%. Then list what the figures cannot tell: reasons for missing doses, timing, geographic clustering and data accuracy. Propose a follow-up investigation before selecting an intervention.
