For Prelims preparation on Digital India, focus on memorizing specific facts, figures, and dates that UPSC frequently tests. Key areas include: launch date (July 1, 2015), nodal ministry (MeitY), three vision areas with their components, nine key components of the programme, and current statistics (BharatNet coverage, CSC numbers, UPI transaction volumes).

Create fact sheets for constitutional connections (Articles 19, 21, 39, 41, 46) and landmark judgments (Puttaswamy cases, Shreya Singhal). Memorize acronyms and their full forms (JAM, UMANG, PMGDISHA, CSC, DPI).
