⚡ 30-Second Revision

Revision checked 17 October 2026.

  • Match actor, action, scope and time.
  • Keep some/all and may/will unchanged.
  • Separate supported, contradicted and not established.
  • Check correct/incorrect/except before selecting.
  • Counts need units; complete does not mean approved.

2-Minute Revision

A factual answer must preserve the original claim. In an invented four-ward pilot with three improvements and one unchanged result, “most pilot wards improved” is supported; “every city ward improved” is not.

A faithful paraphrase can use different words. A near-verbatim option can still be wrong if it changes a qualifier. Read surrounding sentences when pronouns or exceptions matter. Treat a small calculation as valid only when every required quantity is given.

Do not import a plausible reason for the result.

5-Minute Revision

Practise with this original notice: “A museum offered free entry to registered schools during August. Two schools cancelled their visits. The report did not compare learning outcomes with paid visits.” Identify the access condition, duration and measured outcome.

Free entry does not mean every school attended; cancellation does not establish a reason; the absence of a comparison does not establish equal learning. Now write one supported option, one contradiction and one statement that is simply not established.

Explain each classification before checking the answer. The exercise trains evidence control rather than keyword recognition.
