Revise through a function chart: policy, regulation, delivery, assessment and outcomes. NCVET’s recognition and qualification-related role differs from DGT’s Craftsmen Training Scheme and the daily work of training providers. Similar names do not make NCVT and NCVET interchangeable institutions across time; use the source and period specified.

Read NEP targets literally. Vocational exposure is not synonymous with a completed qualification or a job. The 2025 deadline belongs to a policy commitment whose achievement needs evidence. Likewise, the Grades 6–8 bagless period is an exposure provision, not a claim that learners complete a full trade qualification during ten days.

For programme data, identify the population at each stage. In the original example, 360 placements out of 600 certifications is sixty percent, but the rate among 1,000 enrollees is thirty-six percent. Completion, certification and placement rates cannot be exchanged. A new course title, equipment purchase or attendance record is an input or process observation; suitable assessment is needed to establish competence, and later follow-up is needed for sustained livelihood outcomes.
