Emphasize the 'Vyyuha Analysis' approach by discussing synergies and trade-offs between environmental and other developmental goals. Integrate constitutional provisions, relevant legislation (EPA, Water Act, Air Act, FCA), and landmark judgments to strengthen your arguments.

Use data and statistics from official sources (NITI Aayog, MoEFCC, MNRE) to substantiate your points. Incorporate current affairs (COP28 outcomes, Mission LiFE, NGT judgments) to demonstrate contemporary relevance.

For policy suggestions, think broadly about governance, finance, technology, capacity building, and public participation. Practice writing answers within word limits, focusing on crisp arguments and clear articulation.
