Attach a date and category to every district total. The eight-district figure refers to December 2025 in a February 2026 reply. The 30 Legacy and Thrust districts are a separate support category, so adding the figures is not justified without examining their definitions and overlap.

For map questions, locate the six named Chhattisgarh districts, West Singhbhum in Jharkhand and Kandhamal in Odisha. Keep this as a historical snapshot rather than an undated current list. A later official assessment must be read on its own terms.

Distinguish units in statistical questions. Incidents, deaths, affected districts and police stations reporting violence measure different things. A percentage change in one cannot be assigned to another without calculation and matching periods.

Finally, separate outputs from outcomes. A completed road or sanctioned rehabilitation programme does not by itself establish reliable transport, safe return or improved health. In a scenario, identify the actual observation before accepting a broader inference about security or recovery.
