Always include specific case laws like Ch. Tika Ramji (pith and substance), M. Karunanidhi (repugnancy), and recent judgments on farm laws or GST disputes. Use current affairs strategically to demonstrate contemporary relevance - GST Council functioning, COVID-19 legislative coordination, or recent Centre-State conflicts.
