- 15(4): First Amendment 1951. 15(5): 93rd Act 2005.
- NCBC/338B: 102nd, 2018.
- State-purpose identification: 105th, 2021. 16(4A) promotion provision concerns SC/ST, not OBC generally.
2-Minute Revision
Choose the setting before the Article. Admission, appointment, promotion and list identification differ. A constitutional enabling clause is not a universal percentage. Central and State lists can serve different purposes, and programme eligibility must follow the governing list and conditions.
5-Minute Revision
Map a college admission, initial public appointment and promotion proposal to the relevant constitutional questions. Explain why a State OBC certificate may not settle Central-programme eligibility. Identify which amendment changed NCBC status and which addressed State identification.
