EPF Scheme, 2026	2026	G.S.R. 525(E), dated 29 June 2026, notifies the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 2026 under the Code on Social Security, 2020. It supersedes the 1952 Scheme subject to the stated saving for things done or omitted before supersession, and commences on Gazette publication. This is subordinate legislation, not a constitutional amendment.	The current legal account must use the replacement scheme together with subsequent corrections. G.S.R. 703(E), dated 4 August 2026, corrects membership and other wording; a historical description of the 1952 Scheme alone is no longer a complete statement of the framework.
