42nd	1976	Inserted Article 43A, directing the State to take steps through legislation or other means to secure workers’ participation in management of industrial undertakings, establishments and organisations.	Adds a specific constitutional policy direction concerning labour participation. As a Directive Principle it does not by itself create an immediately enforceable individual management seat or replace the applicable labour-law and institutional arrangements.
